Refund & Return Policy (for Print‑on‑Demand Merch)

We want you to love your purchase.
Because all items in our shop are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will replace it at no cost to you.

 

Returns & Replacements

We offer free replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The print quality is incorrect or flawed
  • The item is misprinted
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit

To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage

Non‑Returnable Items

Because each item is custom‑made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the fit or style
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
